1. Sign up for your free account. You'll receive a confirmation email after your account has been verified.
2. Fill-in the details for each of the CPD training events you've completed and upload the CPD certificates you received from the training providers.
3. Email reminder #1: 3 months before your industry's CPD due date we'll confirm the number of CPD points you've achieved during the period and how many CPD hours/points you still need.
4. Email reminder #2: we'll remind you again one month before the CPD due date.
5. As soon as you achieve the required number of CPD hours/points we'll prepare your records for submission to the regulator and email them to you. You can also download them from with the CPD Tracker.
No. The CPD Tracker has a secure passwordless login. After entering your email address, we'll send you an email with a secret link you click to log you in securely. As simple as that.

We manage CPD South Africa and as part of this service we've decided to make our Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Tracker available to Professionals.
Yes. Send us an email and we'll close your account. We'll permanently delete your personal information as well as your uploaded CPD training events and certificates.
